    If you have your own cutlery or material, it can be reshaped into a ring while preserving its original character.

    Each piece includes a complimentary polish, with ongoing polishing available if required.

  • Turnaround times may vary depending on demand and the nature of the piece. If you’re working to a specific timeframe, it’s best to get in touch before placing your order.

    Order are typically dispatched within 2 working days.

  • We use the NZ/ Australia ring size measurement standard which is available online. If you’re unsure of your size, it’s recommended to get measured professionally for the most accurate fit.

    If you live locally (Ōtautahi, NZ), we are happy to arrange a time to determine your ring size in-person.

    Otherwise, feel free to get in touch for guidance before ordering, as resizing may not always be possible.

  • Yes. If you have a piece you’d like transformed, it can be reshaped into a ring.

    Materials will be permanently altered as part of the process, and the final result will vary depending on the piece.

  • Because each piece is made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

    If your piece is faulty or not as described, please get in touch. We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • Orders are made by hand, so please allow time for your piece to be created before dispatch.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, additional duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
