Drawn & Served is a New Zealand-based practice focused on handcrafted jewellery made from reclaimed materials.

2. These Terms

These Policies apply to all purchases made through this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

3. Products

Each piece is individually made by hand from reclaimed cutlery or materials.

Variations in texture, pattern, and finish are expected and form part of the design. No two pieces are identical.

4. Sizing

Rings are made to the size selected at purchase.

If you are unsure of your size, please get in touch before ordering.

Because each piece is made to order, resizing may not always be possible.

5. Custom Work

Custom sizing and bespoke pieces are available.

If you provide your own materials, they will be permanently reshaped as part of the process. While care is taken to preserve their original character, the final outcome will vary.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are requesting a piece to be made.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been accepted.

Orders may be declined or cancelled where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or availability issues.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

For international orders, additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your location.

8. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved providers.

Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received.

9. Lead Time

Each piece is made by hand. Please allow time for your ring to be created before dispatch.

Timeframes may vary depending on demand and the nature of the piece.

10. Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of each piece, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

If your piece is faulty or not as described, please get in touch. You are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

11. Care

Each ring includes a complimentary polish at the time of purchase.

Polishing is also available as an ongoing service.

Natural wear is expected and forms part of the piece’s evolving character.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
